The vinyl banners or woven polypropylene billboards are opened up, laid out flat and scrubbed with a mild detergent and wiped down with a clean damp rag. They are then laid across my large dining room table and the cutting begins.
Each Tote Bag will be unique in design and color. There will be slight imperfections which will add to the tote bags' own individual personality, such as scratches, scuffs or creases.
